On November 17, 2004 Kevin was interviewed by Leslie Roberts as part of the Global Television 6:00 p.m. news broadcast related to the Hockey Night in Canada Theme Song litigation against the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation.  Kevin was the lawyer for the composer of the theme song.
