On September 22, 1994 Kevin Kemp was quoted in the Toronto Star in relation to an action brought on behalf of an individual who was abused by members of the Order of Carmelite Sisters.
On Decmeber 1995 Kevin was interviewed on the CTV National News with Lloyd Robertson with regard to his representation of the Ly family at the Coroner’s Inquest into the TTC subway disaster.

On January 13, 1998 Kevin was quoted extensively in the national print media related to an action commenced by Lorraine Segato and other members of the music group Parachute Club against McCain Foods and EMI Music Publishing. The action was ultimately settled by the payment of a monetary sum to the members of the band.
On January 9, 2001 Kevin was interviewed and quoted extensively by the national television and print media related to the settlement of Allanah Myles’ libel action against the National Post.
In 2002 Kevin was quoted in an article published in a medical journal related to whether physicians should be obligated to disclose past instances of medical malpractice.
In 2002 Kevin appeared as a guest panelist on the program Health on the Line aired on the Life Network where he discussed the topic of medical malpractice.
In 2003, Kevin was quoted in the national print media with respect to a motion brought on behalf of two individuals including Lisa MacLeod - now the Ontario Minister of Children, Community and Social Services - seeking intervenor status in the Orchard v. Progressive Conservative Party of Canada litigation.
In 2003, Kevin appeared as a guest panelist on the program Medical Hotseat aired on the Discovery Health Network on the topic of “Medical Error”.
In March, 2004 Kevin appeared as a guest panelist on the program Medical Hotseat on the Discovery Health Network with regard to the issue of whether medical professionals ought to be required to disclose if they are HIV positive.
On November 17, 2004 Kevin was interviewed by Leslie Roberts as part of the Global Television 6:00 p.m. news broadcast related to the Hockey Night in Canada Theme Song litigation against the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. Kevin was the lawyer for the composer of the theme song.

In May 2005 Kevin was retained by the individual members of New Tecumseth Town Council to serve a notice of libel.
On August 6, 2005 Kevin was quoted in an article in the Globe and Mail related to the ten year anniversary of the TTC subway disaster.
On August 15, 2005 New Tecumseth Free Press Online referred to Kevin’s involvement in the operation of the Carmen Vanderwater Medical Centre (named in honour of his late sister) in Alliston, Ontario. Carmen passed away on July 27, 2002 of thombotic thrombocytopenia purpura following a stem cell transplant to treat her acute lymphocytic leukemia.
On Saturday August 27, 2005 Kevin appeared as a guest panelist on a rebroadcast of the television program Health on the Line hosted by Avery Haines on the Life Network where he discussed medical malpractice.
Throughout 2007 Kevin was involved as a member of the Concerned Citizen’s Committee formed to effect significant changes to the management and operations of Alliston’s Stevenson Memorial Hospital. These efforts ultimately resulted in the mass resignation of the members of the hospital board and the provincial appointment of an administrator.
On June 6, 2008 Kevin was interviewed on CBC’s The National on behalf of Dolores Claman - the composer of the Hockey Night in Canada theme song. Shortly after Kevin’s taped interview the CBC, in an effort to exert pressure on the plaintiff, announced a national contest to replace the theme song.
July 2008 Kevin began writing a weekly political column in the Alliston Herald.
October 28, 2008 Kevin participated in a News Conference held by the Ontario Health Coalition at Queen’s Park related to the elimination of elected hospital boards.
January 19, 2017 was interviewed in relation to the claim initiated by Derrick Miller, a young man with special needs, against the City of Guelph police after he was wrongfully arrested and detained on false claims that he was in possession of child pornography.
In May, 2017 the National Post reported on the high-handed efforts of the Town of New Tecumseth to shut down a small ice cream store represented by Kevin. The Town failed.
On November 1, 2018 Kevin and his co-counsel were interviewed by the media following a press conference at Queen’s Park to announce the commencement of several class actions against various Ontario automobile insurers related to the improper inclusion of HST as part of accident benefits limits.
In 2017 Kevin and his client were interviewed by CTV news related to the commencement of a legal proceeding against the Guelph Police Service.
In 2020 Kevin was quoted by Global News related to the settlement of an action commenced against the Guelph Police Service.
